You agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

3. Platform Usage

Vendors must ensure the quality, hygiene, and timely delivery of listed food items. Delivery partners must follow all local traffic, safety, and delivery laws. Misuse of the platform or fraudulent activities may lead to suspension or permanent ban.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

Ensure food safety, legal licenses, and quality assurance. Accept, prepare, and dispatch orders in a timely manner. Respond to customer inquiries professionally.

5. Delivery Partner Responsibilities

Accept and complete assigned deliveries promptly. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and good behavior during delivery. Use the app and delivery tracking responsibly.

6. Commission and Payments

9X Mart charges a nominal commission fee per successful order (as per agreement). Payments will be settled weekly or as per the agreed-upon schedule. Vendors and delivery partners must ensure proper bank details are shared.

7. Order Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations initiated by vendors without valid reasons may attract penalties. Refund policies will be governed as per platform guidelines and payment gateway terms.

8. Content Ownership

Vendors grant 9X Mart the right to display menus, logos, images, and business names for promotional purposes. Users must not copy, reproduce, or misuse any content on the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

9X Mart is not responsible for: food quality or safety (vendors are liable); delays or delivery issues caused by unforeseen conditions; damages or losses resulting from misuse of the platform.

10. Termination

9X Mart may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these terms or misuse of services. Any pending settlements will be processed post-termination, subject to deductions (if applicable).

11. Amendments

9X Mart reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the revised terms.
